Property Summary

Chief Development has proposed a trio of projects that could invest up to $40 million along I-80 in North Platte, Nebraska. This project will consist of 3 phases. Phases 1 and 2 will cost $12 million and $15 million respectively. Phase 3 - the largest phase would be a $15 million to $20 million project and would bring a senior living complex fof more than 200 units to the community. This development would start on 7 acres north of the Cabela's call center and would add 23 acres to the west eventually. The public could expect to see structures consisting of warehouses, distribution centers and build-to-suit structures for subcontracting firms and other firms. 

Chief Development hopes to see two local customers start construction soon on the north side of East Halligan between the Iron Eagle Kubota tractor dealership and Tru by Hilton. Our hope is to see other businesses follow in suit. 

Chief Development hopes to see construction start in late 2020 or early 2021 on the Hahler Property - which is north of North Platte Community College's North Campus. The senior living complex and the rest of the development would be connected to Iron eagle on its east by a golf-cart pedestrian trail.
